Carlton Millrace Hotel and C Spa - Customer Reviews

My sister had her 21st at this hotel and it was a great night, everyone enjoyed the night and most of the family stayed in the hotel that night. The rooms were excellent, really comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was lovely 2 and the staff were all very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Millrace Hotel, we found the staff to be very friendly and efficient, they couldn't do enough for us. My son really enjoyed himself at the kids club both in the mornings & evenings.The beauty spa treatments were fab, very relaxing. Would highly recommend this hotel to people with young families!

Had a lovely three night stay with dinner in the restaurant one evening (which was lovely) and as we had a car there were plenty of places to visit - Lismore, Altamont etc. It was very busy with lots of ... families staying but the staff were so helpful, efficient and friendly that they coped really well with so many people coming down for breakfast at the last minute! We had enjoyed a stay in the Carlton in Athy a couple of months previously so we decided to go Carlton again in Wexford and we weren't dissapiointd. ---

A very pleasant hotel, enjoyed our one night stay,as it was for a wedding reception the food and service was excellent hope to go back to stay in the carlton millrace again sometime!

we had a great stay in your hotel, everything was really nice,our 7year old enjoyed kids club between swimming,playing water games & in evening having dinner with other kids,games, watching movie & ... popcorn,it's a pity the lady lucy restaurant doesn't open all the week & a bit of a band or music in the bar in the night time be really great would keep most of your customers in the hotel rather than going down the town looking for bit of entertainment but over all we had a great time & all your staff are really nice & helpful we have already recommended you's to our family & friends & looking forward to visiting your hotel & your other hotel groups as we have our 2nd wedding anniversary coming up in september thank you ---

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and excellent value for money for our family size of 2 adults and 4 children in these recessionary times. A real treat for us to get away and we thoroughly ... enjoyed a memorable experience in the roof top restaurant with Lucas our waiter. All staff were really friendly. The receptionist on arrival is a real example of excellent customer service. We will be back. ---

We were absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our stay at the Millrace carlton. As a family of 6 our options are limited but not with the Carlton, we didn't have to sacrifice on anything. The hotel is fantastic and we will definitely be back and I have recommended it to loads of our family and friends.

I brought my girlfriend away for the weekend for her birthday and from the second we walked through the door we received exceptional service. Each and every staff member we met were extremely friendly ... and welcoming. There was live music in the bar both nights which created a great atmosphere and a brilliant night. We ate at Lucy's Rooftop restaurant on the Saturday night. The food was delicious and was presented beautifully. We decided to treat ourselves and paid a visit to the C-Spa. I had never been before and was a bit aprehensive but again we were met with great hospitality and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. I have absolutely no complaints and wont hesitate to book again. Thanks for the wonderful weekend. ---

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel itself was superb and overall we had a stress free stay. We have stayed at many hotels and this has been one of our favourites. We took note that the hotel is energy conscious using LED bulbs in places. It is nice to see a top class hotel taking this on board. Well done.

we spent the week end in the carlton, i have never met so many friendly people in quite a few yrs,,,the staff were so kind,helpful and very welcoming..i will return again, hotel rooms were lovely,food in the restaurant was out of this world......just want to thank the staff for a truly wonderful week end....
