Great night, room was fantastic, restaurant and food were great and staff very helpful. Could use a bank machine in the hotel, had to run all over town to find a working cash point in the rain

customer service excellent, spa treatments were excellent. Disappointed with initial room, small and soundproofing non existent. Spoke to reception after noisy night and was upgraded to a suite which was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay, friendliest staff we've ever met, best meal in a hotel by far, very clean and comfortable so we will be back

Played golf and stayed overnight in Bunclody, course is the best place I have ever played hotel is great value, clean, staff very friendly only thing I could knock is breakfast, food was fine just there is no organisation to it and had mailed hotel day before we stayed to ask what time I could check in and never got a reply. Will definitely use again.

My wife and myself had a three night break at your Hotel from 18th April which we enjoyed very much. The level of service was excellent and the staff very helpful. We both play golf we were pleasantly ... surprised at the quality of the course and it being so near to the Hotel. The Hotel and golf course complement each other and is an ideal location for golfers, a great opportunity to market both. Hope to return in the near future as the Hotel represents good value. ---

Stayed for one night at the Carlton Millrace and found the hotel very relaxing. Staff were all very friendly and food in the restaurant was really 5star!! Spa treatment very good too We will be back

This was my first experience in a Carlton Hotel. I have travelled in many countries from Australia to the Himalayas and stayed in many hotels. I have to say the experience of people food leisure and the ... environment in the Carlton was second to none. As walkers and cyclists the venue is superb a walk around the corner and we were in heaven. The climb and the view and even the weather was superb. I am most defiantly heading back that way on my next adventure break. ---

After getting such a great deal on one night's b&b inc. dinner and 2 mini spa treatments I was a bit dubious but everything was superb... spotless hotel, lovely food, luxury treatments...overall a great stay!!

the hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were up to date and clean the food was lovely both in the restaurant and the bar the staff were pleasant and helpful and would consider returning again

I have stayed at the Millrace twice and both experiences were very pleasant. It is a warm & welcoming hotel with staff who are extremely helpful & pleasant. Its luxurious at a very reasonable cost and I hope to visit again soon. Thank you Millrace! :)
